A Brooklyn Navy Yard-based custom fabrication shop is seeking a full time permanent
Full-Charge Bookkeeper.


Qualifications:


  • 2 years minimum of relevant experience
  • Highly proficient in Quickbooks
  • Great attention to detail
  • Reliability is a must
  • Go getter and a selfstarter

Responsibilities:


  • Manage AP and AR
  • Reconcile cash, bank accounts, and revenues
  • Keeping an accurate general ledger
  • Issuing invoices and collect payments
  • Preparing tax returns and monthly and quarterly financial statements

Pay:
$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
