While traditional Office Manager roles may be more administrative in nature,
Ambiance is a
leadership position within our office and branch.
Our Office Manager will:
- Supports NPP
Ambiance Pool Service Tucson operations by maintaining office systems and supervising CSS team. - Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, designing/maintaining filing systems (physical and electronic), reviewing needs and ordering office supplies (GM approval required in some instances), and assigning and monitoring CSS functions.
- Following NPP procedures for records retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal.
- Implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results.
- Keeps Leadership Team informed by reviewing and analyzing reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
- Maintains office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Maintains CSS position results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining Team Members, and planning, monitoring, and appraising position performance.
- Understands and participates in meeting
NPP
Ambiance Pool Service Tucson financial objectives through expense management, minimizing unnecessary expenditures, analyzing needs, and maintaining controllable expenses. - Contributes to Team effort by accomplishing results as needed by leading others through positive example.
Skills/Experience Required:
- 2+ years of Office Admin experience in a similar work industry
- Supply management.
- Informing others through effective communication processes.
- Tracking departmental budget expenses.
- Delegation of duties to CSS team
- Development of CSS Team for future career growth.
- Maintaining Staffing through consistent, proactive recruiting efforts.
- Managing processes and NPP policies and procedures.
- Supervision.
- Developing and implementing standards and systems to improve department efficiencies.
- Promoting a culture of inclusion.
- Inventory control.
- Reporting skills utilizing Microsoft suite of programs.
- Familiar (or willing to be trained) with S.M.A.R.T. Goals processes.
- Supports an environment of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
Must have a valid driver's license, three years of verifiable driving history, and a clean driving record
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Two to three years' experience in an office setting.
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite.
Work Hours & Benefits
- Monday through Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm

Compensation -This
salaried position is paid weekly. Starting pay will depend on experience.
$50K annually
