Service Coordinator/Accounts Payable
THIS IS AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION WITH OPPORTUNITY FOR ADVANCEMENT.
Duties:
- Handles customer complaints and concerns to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers.
- Schedules travel by booking accommodations and reservation needs as necessary for the company.
- Performs general office clerk duties.
- Filing and keeping a neat workplace. *Important
- Matching bills (PO's and Invoices)
- General Office Needs
- Perform administrative duties such as typing, filing, printing, etc.
- Miscellaneous office duties
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Proficient/Intermediate in Excel and Microsoft Office. (Required to send daily reports)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Excellent phone skills. *Primary contact
- Exceptional customer services skills.
- Strong listening skills.
- QuickBooks Experience is a PLUS
- College Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Ability to work independently and with a team, in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy, organization, and timeliness

Pay:
$ $23.00 per hour
