Service Coordinator/Accounts Payable
THIS IS AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION WITH OPPORTUNITY FOR ADVANCEMENT.


Duties:


  • Handles customer complaints and concerns to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers.
  • Schedules travel by booking accommodations and reservation needs as necessary for the company.
  • Performs general office clerk duties.
  • Filing and keeping a neat workplace. *Important
  • Matching bills (PO's and Invoices)
  • General Office Needs
  • Perform administrative duties such as typing, filing, printing, etc.
  • Miscellaneous office duties

Requirements:


  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Proficient/Intermediate in Excel and Microsoft Office. (Required to send daily reports)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent phone skills. *Primary contact
  • Exceptional customer services skills.
  • Strong listening skills.
  • QuickBooks Experience is a PLUS
  • College Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Pay:
$ $23.00 per hour
