• Close deals on prequalified appointments set by our team on a monthly basis
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service
• Attend local networking opportunities.
• Collaborate with our installation teams to ensure that our clients receive highquality fencing services that meet their needs and expectations
• Conduct site visits, assess client needs, and provide accurate estimates
• Negotiate and close deals with clients to meet or exceed sales goals
• Continuously update your knowledge of our products, services, and industry trends to provide the best solutions to our clients

• Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a commissioned sales role, preferably in the residential homeservices industry or comparable experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Selfmotivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Knowledge of residential landscaping and design principles is preferred, but not required
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required.
