Responsibilities:

Perform housekeeping and custodial duties in various settings, including common areas and resident rooms
Clean and maintain designated areas, ensuring they are free of dirt, dust, and debris.
Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust surfaces.
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers.
Empty trash bins and replace liners as needed.
Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap.
Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.

Requirements:

Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary.
Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes.
Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with team members or supervisors.
