We offer you a challenging position in our facilities in the district of Coesfeld.

At the Caritas Association for the district of Coesfeld, qualified and dedicated teams work every day to protect people's dignity, support them, and strengthen social solidarity.

Our department for work and rehabilitation provides vocational training and opportunities for people with disabilities through three workshops and other services.

We are looking for you to join our workshop in Nordkirchen on June 1, 2023 as a

PROFESSIONAL or ASSISTANT (M/F/D) for the Creative Work department

39 hours/week, full-time, fixed-term until December 31, 2024


Your responsibilities include:


  • Supporting, accompanying, and promoting participation of clients with high support needs in their work life
  • Developing and/or assisting with individual work opportunities and promoting personal development
  • Providing basic and medical care
  • Creating or participating in individual support plans and documentation, as well as attending team and case meetings

Your qualifications:


  • Completed pedagogical or nursing training or experience in the field of integration assistance
  • Positive attitude towards people with disabilities
  • Teamwork, commitment, and reliability
  • Identification with the tasks, goals, and values of Caritas
