Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

Are you an enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) eager to enrich the lives of individuals through tailored therapy? Soliant is on the lookout for a dedicated SLP to join our team and contribute to improving communication skills across various age groups.

Requirements:

Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Preferably possess ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)
Hold or be eligible for state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Previous experience with diverse populations is advantageous

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments to pinpoint speech, language, and communication needs
Create personalized treatment plans aligned with each client's objectives
Administer therapy targeting articulation, fluency, voice, and language challenges
Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams for holistic care delivery
Maintain meticulous documentation tracking client progress accurately
