    Crown Staffing is seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our dedicated team in Middletown, OH. As an integral member of our healthcare team, you will play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication and swallowing disorders in our diverse patient population.     Position: Speech-Language Pathologist

    Location: Middletown, OH

    Job Type: Full-Time (Direct Hire)

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing abilities.
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to diagnose communication and swallowing disorders.
    • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals.
    • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve communication and swallowing function.
    • Educate patients and their families on speech and language disorders, treatment plans, and home exercises.
    • Regularly assess and document patient progress.
    • Modify treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
    • Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic patient care.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including assessment reports, treatment plans, and progress notes.
    • Stay current with advancements in the field of speech-language pathology.
    • Pursue continuing education opportunities to enhance clinical skills.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
    • Speech Language Pathologist degree from an accredited institution
    • Current SLP license in the state of Ohio
    • Experience working with neurodiverse children
    • Strong desire to collaborate with other professionals
    • Experience with individual and group intervention (highly preferred)
