Pedagogical Professionals and Assistants (m/f/d) for our communal living "Haus Auweg" in Günzburg, with 48 adult residents with intellectual, emotional and/or physical disabilities.


We are looking for Pedagogical Professionals and Assistants (m/f/d) to join our team in a part-time capacity of 15-35 hours per week.


Your responsibilities:

  • Support and promote the daily lives of our residents
  • Design and accompany group activities and opportunities for participation for our residents
  • Care for and assist our residents
  • Plan and participate in leisure activities together

We expect:

  • Completed training as a geriatric nurse, special needs educator, educator, or health and nursing professional
  • Training as a geriatric care assistant, special needs care assistant, or social care worker
  • Enjoyment of working with people with disabilities
  • Flexibility, commitment, and curiosity
  • Willingness to work shifts and weekends (without night shifts)
