Responsibilities:


  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues in ongoing production
  • Participation in project work, including international projects
  • Coordination of optimizations and improvements
  • Participation in the introduction of new products and processes
  • Implementation of process optimizations for individual production steps
  • Implementation of a zerodefect strategy
  • Reduction of scrap
  • Monitoring and optimization of cycle times, improving OEE in the injection molding area
  • Training of employees on processrelated topics
  • Continuous improvement of machine settings
  • Participation in machine selection
  • Optimization of costs

We are looking for:


  • Successfully completed technical studies, for example in mechanical engineering, engineering, or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience in elastomer production preferred
  • Coordination skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Good knowledge of plant technology and product knowledge
  • Good knowledge of production planning
  • Communication skills
  • Assertiveness and conflict resolution skills
  • Good English skills
  • Teamwork skills
