- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all patients and healthcare providers.
- Conduct thorough patient consultations and medication therapy management.
- Manage pharmacy operations during evening shifts, ensuring compliance with all regulatory, security, and hospital policies.
- Supervise and train pharmacy technicians and support staff effectively.
- Respond to inquiries and provide detailed information regarding drug interactions, side effects, dosage, and proper medication storage.
- Review and monitor patient profiles at every transaction, ensuring safe and effective medication use.
- Manage and resolve medication-related queries or issues from both patients and healthcare staff in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to plan, monitor, review, and evaluate the quality and effectiveness of drugs and drug regimens, providing advice on drug applications and characteristics.
