- Review, process, and dispense prescriptions with precision and in accordance with all legal, professional, and ethical guidelines.
- Engage with patients to optimize medication use and improve health outcomes, including advising on side effects, drug interactions, and proper medication storage.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to facilitate refill requests and medication changes as needed.
- Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff to ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with all regulations.
- Maintain accurate patient records and pharmacy files, ensuring confidentiality and privacy in all operations.
- Manage inventory, including ordering and storing medications and supplies effectively.
- Stay informed about new medications, therapies, and changes in drug indications or contraindications.
