Description
FLAG Solutions is hiring a Painter for an Aerospace company that manufactures fasteners in the city of Gardena.

Shift: 1st shift 8:00am-4:30pm


Pay rate:
$19.00


Responsibilities:


  • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary
  • Paint walls, doors, floors, and machines using various painting techniques and equipment
  • Mix and match paint colors to ensure consistency and quality of finish
  • Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment
  • Maintain inventory of paint supplies and equipment and reorder as needed
  • Assist with other maintenance tasks as assigned

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a painter in an industrial setting, preferably in aerospace or manufacturing
  • Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and equipment
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Physical stamina to perform painting tasks for extended periods
  • Ability to follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Pay:
$19.00 per hour
