- Coordination of appointments with system partners (GEL system)
- Main focus on dispatching deliveries and pickups in local transport
- Freight calculation and simple quotation creation
- Invoice verification
- Cost responsibility for the efficient use of drivers and transport companies
- Complaint management
- Driver dispatching
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training as a freight forwarder or equivalent
- At least 4 years of professional experience in dispatching with good knowledge of the local area
- Good knowledge of English
- Good communication skills and assertiveness
- Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
