You are at the beginning of your career in project and personnel management and are now planning to take the next step with more responsibility after several years of professional experience. During your previous work, you have proven that you are proficient in the entire range of modern project and/or personnel work in a technical environment: from customer care, technical needs assessment, personnel search, to the trustworthy support and coaching of our employees, and the implementation of customer projects.

As a communicative person with a strong sense of trustworthiness, you are the competent contact person (m/f/d) with profound knowledge in labor and social law for both employees and management. Ideally, you also have knowledge in sales and marketing.
