Job summary
This role is the operational hub of our commercial team—supporting the full customer lifecycle from onboarding to order coordination and ongoing support.You'll partner with Sales, Accounting, and Operations to keep customer accounts accurate, orders moving, and communication timely and professional.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-driven, tech-comfortable,
and able to manage multiple time-sensitive requests. Experience in pharmacy,
pharmaceuticals,
healthcare operations,
regulated manufacturing (cGMP), or order fulfillment is strongly preferred.
