The Corporate Human Resource Specialist provides proactive leadership for the HCM/HRIS & Payroll System(s) in addition to supporting all corporate functions with talent acquisition succession planning compensation and benefits planning and employer of choice branding.To demonstrate success in this fast-paced and dynamic role you will be able to proactively deliver solutions for best-in-class HCM & Payroll utilization employer branding talent planning and employee onboarding experiences.

- Evaluate enhance design and implement HCM tools (Paylocity and/or UKG) that support business goals.
- Lead full recruitment life cycle for US salaried positions to identify assess and hire top talent including sourcing recruiting calibration/ selection and pre-employment processes.
