At Picnic, we are revolutionizing the way people shop for groceries in Pumpkin Center, CA.

With a delivery service that saves time and a supply chain that fights food waste, we use a purely app-based approach and a user-centered philosophy to make grocery shopping fast, easy, and enjoyable.

As part of our expansion, we are looking for full-time support at our existing logistics locations, with the opportunity to also be involved in building one of our new fulfillment centers in our new regions from the beginning

Possible start dates include:

NRW (Viersen) immediately
Berlin area (Ludwigsfelde) potential start: March/April 2023

In a nutshell:

Are you an organizational talent who always keeps an overview and enjoys helping employees? As an HR Business Partner (m/f/d), you will be the point of contact for all HR-related matters for employees in the Operations team at one of our fulfillment centers.

It is your responsibility to ensure that our shoppers receive the necessary support regarding their working hours, salaries, vacation days, and similar topics.

You are a true team player and constantly in communication with capacity managers, recruiters, and other Picnic teams.

What you will do:

Full responsibility for our HR processes in the Operations area at one of our fulfillment centers
Point of contact for our shoppers in all personnelrelated matters
Management of personnel files
