About us

HERBA electronic Hermann Baveld GmbH has been located in Gronau (Westphalia) for around 40 years and is firmly rooted in the region.

With 1500 square meters of exhibition space, we offer the entire product range of household and entertainment electronics, as well as individual consultation and excellent service.

In total, we employ over 40 employees, including 14 apprentices.

We are expert. For over 60 years, we have been your local technology expert. Everywhere in Germany. More precisely, at 396 locations with 199 independent entrepreneurs who operate their electronics stores there. And apparently, they do it so well that we can call ourselves Germany's most successful specialist trade cooperation.

You will perform repair work on electrical household appliances (e.g. washing machines, dryers, etc.) both in-house and on-site.

You will deliver and install household appliances, information and entertainment electronics.

You will be the contact person for our customers in case of service issues and will significantly contribute to their satisfaction with your skill and sensitivity.

You will ensure smooth and customer-friendly processes for repairs, exchanges, or replacements.

You will work across departments with your colleagues.

You will impress our customers with your friendly demeanor and your manual skills.

You have a valid driver's license for category B vehicles (old: class 3).

Good organizational and communication skills are among your strengths.
