    Who We're Looking For

    We're seeking team players who are committed to excellence and contribute positively to the professional environment. Ideal candidates are proactive, insightful, and adaptable individuals who understand the importance of collaboration and innovation.

    Role: Marketing Manager

    The Marketing Manager will oversee all marketing activities for Mindspace locations across the US, both existing and new. This role involves managing online and offline marketing initiatives, partnerships, and community engagement to enhance brand awareness and drive lead generation.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage marketing programs across various channels
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive strategies
    • Expand brand visibility in targeted US markets
    • Lead launch activities for new locations and offerings
    • Generate leads and maintain vendor relationships
    • Develop marketing collateral and oversee budget management
    • Organize ecosystem events and represent Mindspace at industry gatherings

    Experience & Qualifications

    • Minimum 5 years of global marketing experience
    • Location: Miami
    • Fluency in English, Spanish is a plus
    • Proficiency in online advertising and lead generation
    • Bachelor's degree required
    • Willingness to travel as needed
    • Knowledge of CRM software an advantage
