Management and budget control of maintenance measures (commissioning, support of caretakers in complex technical issues, monitoring of maintenance of technical systems, tenant appointments, etc.)
Monitoring of insurance claims
Warranty tracking, if necessary on site inspections and requests for defect remediation
Correspondence with tenants, authorities and trade companies Profile:
