• Supervise Ride and Arcade Attendants
• Coordinate/supervise training of new hires.
• Keeps immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and takes prompt corrective action where necessary or suggests alternative courses of action.
• Provides timely and accurate service while managing wait times and communicating information as needed to Guests, Team Members, and Managers.
• Assist with team member scheduling.
• Assist with coordinating periodic deep cleaning and enforcing opening/closing procedures.
• Assist as needed in other areas as requested by a manager.
• Assists the Guest with all requests and answers questions as needed and makes recommendations on items try to deliver excellent customer service to guest.
• Smiles and greets Guests upon entering/exiting.
• Provides game assistance by promptly notifying Support Technicians or Management as needed.
• Checks for restocking of necessary supplies. Brings all areas up to standard. Discusses problem areas with Manager.
• Check to make sure rides are always working properly and in good condition. Take proper actions if necessary.
• Will also need to be able to work as a team and provide great teamwork.
• Properly train new employees, informing them how to use the rides and all restrictions for each ride.

• Be friendly and able to smile frequently.
• Work evenings, nights, holidays and/or weekends as required.
• Excellent teaching and coaching skills
• Must have regular and predictable attendance.
• Work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions.
• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Move about facility and stand for long periods of time.
• Walk or stand most shifts.
• Maintain uniform standards and a professional appearance.
• Previous experience with Embed Card Systems, Toast, or Brunswick Flex Systems a plus.
• Bilingual a plus.
