Team Leader for Exclusive Care / 24-Hour Care / High-Hour Care

Your Responsibilities

You lead the highhour care department in line with the needs of our employees and customers
You are responsible for planning, organizing, and conducting nursing visits, staff and team meetings, as well as discussions with family members
You are the point of contact for our approximately 20 employees in highhour care from Eastern Europe
You take on the responsibility for managing and organizing outpatient care, taking into account business requirements
Motivating, supporting, and developing employees
