Overview:


Responsibilities:


  • Social Media Management: Manage and maintain H.D. Chasen Company's presence on various social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Graphic Design Responsibilities: Utilize Photoshop and InDesign to design graphics, images, and promotional materials for use in marketing campaigns, social media posts, and website content.

  • Order Entry: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently through multiple channels including the H.D. Chasen website, Amazon, and eBay. Ensure timely fulfillment and delivery of orders while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service /

Phone Communication:

Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting customers with product information or order status updates via phone communication.


  • Purchase

Order Entry:
Assist in the creation and entry of purchase orders for inventory replenishment and supply chain management purposes. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and availability of products.

  • Office Supply Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of office supplies and materials, and place orders as needed to maintain sufficient stock. Organize storage areas and track expenses related to office supplies.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in marketing, graphic design, or office administration is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel for reporting and spreadsheet management.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools such as Constant Contact, as well as graphic design software including Photoshop and InDesign.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customerfocused approach.
  • Detailoriented with a keen eye for design aesthetics and accuracy in order processing.

Job Types:

$ $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
