Your responsibilities:

Supporting the superior site managers in coordinating and managing all service areas
Leading, motivating and developing team members
Coordinating and ensuring process flows
Ensuring high customer and employee satisfaction in cooperation with the specialist department
Monitoring building management and security technology in cooperation with the security control center
