The CBS Caritas Betriebsträgergesellschaft mbH Speyer is a 100% subsidiary of the Caritas Association for the Diocese of Speyer e.V. and employs around 2,300 full-time employees. It operates 14 Caritas nursing homes and 7 Caritas support centers for people with disabilities and mental impairments.

The Caritas nursing home St. Martha in Speyer provides support, care, and nursing for older people in need. We place particular emphasis on the uniqueness and individual habits of each resident, as well as providing qualified care in a human atmosphere.

Your tasks

The team leader of the social care department, with a total of 11 employees, plans and organizes the care services for all residential groups, as well as events and celebrations in the nursing home

Collaboration and close cooperation with the supervisor and head of the social services department

Shared responsibility for personnel deployment and personnel management of employees in the social services department and social care, usually additional care staff according to § 43 b SGB XI

Planning of care services from individual care to group activities and cross-group events, as well as celebrations, parties, and excursions
