We are currently seeking a Maintenance Manager (m/f/d) for our OSI Food Solutions Germany GmbH plant in Duisburg. This role reports directly to the Technical Manager (m/f/d) in Duisburg.

What we expect:

  • Further education as a master (m/f/d) / technician (m/f/d) or completed technical studies with a focus on electrical engineering or mechatronics
  • Relevant professional experience in maintenance management
  • Understanding of the production processes of a food production company operating in shifts and knowledge of HACCP
  • Experience in leading and developing a team
  • Comprehensive PC skills (MS Office, maintenance systems)
  • Fluent communication in German and English
