Our Herndon branch is looking for a new Air Logistics Aerospace Customer Care Specialist to join our Air Logistics team.


Your Role:

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be the face of our company to the customers you speak with.

You will be responsible for maintaining, developing, and enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty by ensuring service excellence through proactive customer service, problem solving, customer follow up, and interaction with our sales colleagues.


Your Responsibilities:


  • Take job orders from clients, (including but, not limited to routing shipments, classifying of service type, establishing a deadline and printing the job order)
  • Maintain a high level of quality data entry and recordkeeping
  • Provide clients with continuous notification and followup (including but not limited to flight and customs delays, proofofdelivery, charges, problem resolution,)
  • Work closely with Quick offices, service partners and Q/A representatives to ensure continuous followup
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients
  • Includes understanding the clients internal requirements and nuances to better service their needs
  • Demonstrate ability to produce quality work on a consistent basis
  • Understand and embrace the company mission by providing the highest quality global transportation and logistics services for our customers
  • Ensure compliance with all required training certifications

Your Skills and Experiences:


  • Highschool diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year experience in Customer Service
  • 1+ year experience in Air Logistics

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles.

Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
