    Marketing Coordinator at BLEND360


    We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to join our vibrant Marketing Team. This role is tailored for an individual with 2-4 years of marketing experience who excels at executing marketing activities and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

    Our Marketing Coordinator position offers a hybrid in-office/remote work model from Austin, TX, Denver, CO, or Columbia, MD.


    Your Role:

    • Resource Organization: Collaborate to organize marketing resources for seamless operations.
    • Event Coordination: Assist with event deliverables and maintain the core event database.
    • Social Media Support: Create and schedule engaging social media posts across platforms.
    • Email Marketing and Newsletters: Develop and send marketing emails, newsletters, and updates.
    • Data-Driven Analysis and Project Management Support: Work with marketing databases and interpret insights to identify opportunities for the team.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
    • 2-4 years of marketing experience.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks.
    • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and content management systems.
    • Analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to marketing.

    Benefits:

    Starting base pay range: $60k - $70k, based on skill set, experience, and location. Additional benefits include medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, PTO, paid holidays, and more.
