- Works closely with the Area Director of Marketing to execute a social media strategy for Primland
- Responsible for the day-to-day social media management for Primland
- Continual posting on social media channels, works with regional director to review plans/copy/imagery
- Works alongside other key roles within the organization and guides on-site property managers to generate content that aligns with the brand's social media strategy, and speaks to a luxury consumer
- Support the PR agency with reservations + itineraries for influencers and press visits
- Support Director of Marketing with the strategic implementation of creative and on-brand partnerships designed to elevate properties
- Coordinate partner deliverables, on-site events and activations at Primland
- Keep all marketing collateral and calendars up to date: Fact sheet, Property Guide, Promotional Calendar, Key Messaging, Experience Guides, Key Contacts etc.
- Digital Asset Management: Maintain and update photo and video library in accordance with our central process for the hotel. Ensure assets are all labeled in a meaningful, findable manner
- Responsible for the maintenance of website marketing materials, and other property updates
- Update new experiences and blog posts to the website; Maintain calendars, activities, experiences, dining menus, and other events; Review for accuracy on a consistent basis; Promote key offers/events; Seasonal content/imagery updates
- Support digital marketing activation with the following functions:
- Maintain email marketing calendar for Primland and Primland Sporting Club
- Manage the print marketing material needs for the property, including food & beverage collateral, sporting club collateral, Spa collateral, property collateral, and promotional materials
- Manage the production of digital marketing creative asset development
- Bachelor's degree and at least 2+ years of experience in luxury or hotel space with experience in or an interest in social media management and marketing
- Strong understanding of a luxury brand and aesthetic
- Knowledge of the Blue Ridge region and key Southeast feeder markets
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communications skills
- Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
- Demonstrated ability to work with and support cross-functional project teams
- Mobile and social media experience an asset

**This job can work in a hybrid in-office/remote work model from Austin, TX, Denver, CO or Columbia, MD.As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of diverse marketing initiatives.

In this role, you will be responsible for several core key responsibilities:Resource Organization:
Collaboration with team members will be essential to organize marketing resources, including content, images, and assets. Ensuring easy access to marketing materials within the team is vital for seamless operations. This includes not only external resources but also internal ones, such as onboarding materials and swag orders.
Event Coordination:
This includes assisting with event deliverables and maintaining the core event database.
For events, this includes tasks related to event invites, event planning, and logistics to ensure successful marketing events in collaboration with various teams.
Social Media Support:
You will be tasked with creating and scheduling engaging social media posts across various platforms.
Additionally, you will monitor social media channels, actively engage with the audience, and provide timely responses to enhance our online presence.
This responsibility will be highly collaborative with our content team who is driving content delivery and strategy.Email Marketing and Newsletters:
As part of your role, you will create and send marketing emails, newsletters, and updates to our subscriber list.
Collaboration with the Content Team will be integral in developing engaging email content.Data-Driven Analysis and
Project Management Support:
You will work hands-on with marketing databases, extracting data points, and pulling ad hoc reports.
You will organize and interpret insights in collaboration with our marketing operations team from various marketing activities, such as campaigns, social, email, etc.
You will use data to identify potential gaps and opportunities for the team while connecting action items to clear project plans.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in a similar role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms and content management systems.
Analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to marketing.
Additional Information
The starting base pay range for this role is $60k - $70k.
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to skill set and experience, certifications, training, and location.
It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
