    Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience required.

    Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Opening - Nashua, NH

    Embark on a fulfilling journey with ProCare Therapy in partnership with a greatschool district near Nashua, NH, as we search for an onsite Registered Behavior Technician for the upcoming academic year. While prior experience addressing behavioral challenges within an educational environment is valued, it's not required.

    Job Description:

    • Full-time role,37.5hours weekly
    • Preference for candidates with school-based experience
    • Collaborate closely with district Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to execute behavior intervention plans
    • Provide support to students in functional academics
    • Assist students in developing life skills, enhancing communication, addressing social-emotional/behavioral issues, and meeting other individual needs

    Requirements:

    • Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or relevant background as a paraeducator
    • Successful completion of a comprehensive background check
    • Access to reliable transportation
