Description
We seek a part-time Accounting Administrator in support of a variety of accounting and administrative duties including accounts payable, payroll, vendor management and more.
Additionally, serve as back-up for customer service to include fielding calls, customer intake, and scheduling appointments.
This is a new position in support of our business growth We are a full-service contracting service that started in 2014 and now serve Delaware, southern Pennsylvania and northeastern Maryland area.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Position duties include (not all-inclusive):
- Compile, file, and maintain all required job documentation including proposals, invoices, change orders, etc.
- Collect, reconcile and input job documentation.
- Reconcile, input, maintain and monitor A/P data noting any issues.
- Verify and reconcile hourly employee time punches with GPS records.
- Register customer warranties accurately in the appropriate system.
- Collect and maintain data for vendor and subcontractor qualification.
- Serve as backup to Customer Service. Receive calls, gather information, capture data/schedule appointments in CRM system and communicate outcomes.
- Run, audit and monitor select reports.
- Execute duties in compliance with JW Tull policies and procedures as well as all local, state and federal laws and regulations including GAAP
Job Summary:
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
The qualified individual must have:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years customer service/call center experience required. 12 years general Accounting experience a plus.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook. QuickBooks and specialty software/CRM (Acculynx) experience a plus.
- Attention to detail and analysis are "must have" skills. Must be able to problem solve, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
