General Maintenance - Hilton Los Angeles Airport

The Hilton Los Angeles Airport is looking for its next General Maintenance 1 to add to their Engineering team This is a perfect opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional who wants to grow within the hospitality industry

The Hilton LAX boasts 1,234 guest rooms and over 52,000 sq footage of event space. With the SoFi Stadium & Kia Forum being 3 miles away, Santa Monica Pier being 11 miles away, & more within 20 miles, we're in the center of it all

What will I be doing?

Inspect guestrooms, public space and back of the house for areas to repair, touch up or replace.
Repairs, or replace items such as light bulbs, lamps, switches, outlets, faucets, toilets, hardware, filters, paint, furniture, wall coverings, caulking, grouting or other miscellaneous items.
Makes records of repairs made, or areas needing further attention.

What are we looking for?

12 years minimum experience in building maintenance
Experience with plumbing, HVAC, Carpentry, and Electrical a major plus
Must have Good Communication skills and ability to multitask and prioritize projects
