We are looking for a Business Administrator in the Controlling department for a leading European and internationally operating company in the port industry, as part of a direct placement.

YOUR TASKS WILL INCLUDE:


  • In your role as a Business Administrator within the company, you will be responsible for managing the controlling processes and will take on group planning as part of your area of responsibility
  • You will also prepare balance sheets, cash flows, and carry out group consolidations
  • You will support the budgeting process and create calculations and analyses for relevant control indicators, both at the group level and for individual subsidiaries
  • Intercompany reconciliation and the preparation of corresponding reports are also part of your tasks
  • You will actively participate in groupwide projects for digitization and process automation, and also take on special tasks
  • In addition, you will act as a contact person for external business partners and stakeholders such as auditors, tax consultants, and suppliers

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • You have successfully completed your business administration studies, ideally with a focus on finance
  • You have extensive professional experience in controlling and have a strong understanding of numbers
