The Department of Real Estate Management is responsible for the administration of the city of Weinheim's developed and undeveloped properties.

This includes the acquisition, sale, rental, and leasing of land and buildings, as well as the rental of municipal apartments.

The Department of Real Estate Management includes the Property Division, among others.

We are currently seeking a
Property Officer (m/f/d) for the municipal properties in the
Property Division on a full-time basis (39/41 hours per week) starting as soon as possible.

The position is permanent and can be filled at pay grade 10 TVöD or A11 LBesG BW.

Your responsibilities will include:

All tasks related to property transactions
Preparation, conclusion, processing, and monitoring of property transactions such as acquisition, sale, exchange, easement, and encumbrance of municipal real estate
Conducting property negotiations
Making decisions on property transactions
Representing the city at notarial contract certifications
Representing municipal interests as property owner in the development of
