Responsibilities:

  • Utilize various teaching methods and resources to ensure effective learning outcomes for students.
  • Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and participation.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the business field to enhance teaching materials and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum and instructional strategies.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to students interested in pursuing higher education or careers in business.
  • Foster critical thinking, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills among students.
  • Utilize technology tools for instructional purposes, including copywriting, social media management, video production, and Excel.

Skills:


  • Strong knowledge of business management principles and practices.
  • Experience in adult education or teaching at the higher education level.
  • Financial acumen with the ability to teach financial concepts effectively.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to engage students through innovative teaching methods.
  • Proficiency in copywriting for various business purposes.
  • Experience in social media management for business promotion.
  • Basic video production skills for creating instructional content.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel for data analysis and financial modeling.
