Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree in technical field or College Degree in Trades.
  • Technical or mechanical aptitude/Handson experience preferred.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
  • Strong customer related communications and interpersonal skills necessary.
  • Proficient at navigating Microsoft Office and webbased programs.
  • Good home internet connection.
  • French language an asset

Responsibilities:


  • This role will be responsible for providing our customers, distribution partners, and sales reps with technical support on our adhesive's products and solutions through our technical helpline.
  • This position provides an entry into the world of adhesives staff in this role are highly regarded as experts in the adhesive world.
  • Will work remotely but in person (onsite) for trainings.

Comments/Special Instructions

  • The role will be hybrid with AT LEAST one day in the Rocky Hill office per week (usually Tuesdays but this can vary per week).
  • Some weeks more days in the office may be required, or a specific day may be required.

Pay:
$29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
