As a Store Supervisor at Levi Strauss & Co. in Grove City, PA, you will thrive in an environment that embraces change and encourages new ideas.

You will play a crucial role in connecting our products with our customers, while also supporting and developing our Stylists.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting and stepping in for the management team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for profit growth
• Setting individual, daily, and weekly sales targets for the store team to drive store performance
• Monitoring KPIs and team performance by running reports and providing updates to the management team
• Assisting with store operations, including stock management, payroll, administrative tasks, and scheduling
• Providing exceptional 121 customer service and prioritizing the customer experience
• Inspiring, motivating, and developing the team through training, coaching, and product knowledge
• Demonstrating a strong passion for the brand and embodying our values
• Possessing excellent customer service skills and experience in effectively managing a team
• Demonstrating a successful track record of developing and growing a team
• Experience in driving KPIs and sales targets in a retail setting, as well as a solid understanding of store operations
