We are looking for an outgoing, dynamic person to join our team as a Front Office Aide in our PT owned outpatient practice.

Job duties include varies front desk procedures such as:

greeting patients, accurately scheduling/rescheduling patients, efficiently entering information into a medical computer system, answering phones, verifying insurance and processing authorizations, requesting and receiving payments.

Job duties also include assisting the therapists as needed with modalities such as ultrasound, e.stim and other equipment, laundry, restocking and refilling or other various tasks requested by supervising Physical Therapists and office manager.

We specifically need someone who is available to work on Tuesdays and Thursdays for this position.
