The Hurtt Family Health Clinic is looking for full-time Patient Services Representatives to provide daily front office, insurance eligibility, and intake support services for Hurtt Family Health Clinic patients.

This position is full-time with a schedule of Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm and located on-site in Tustin/Santa Ana.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or equivalent
-
Bilingual. Fluent in Spanish to English (medical terminology preferred)

  • 6 months 1 year of
    medical front office experience OR any combination of education and work experience to make an equivalency. Community Clinic setting experience is preferred but not required. Medical Assistant experience a plus
  • Ability to receive instruction and multitask while working in a
    fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in data entry and computer programs in
    Microsoft Windows and Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer).
  • A pleasant personality to people you are speaking to on the telephone, visitors, and company personnel.
  • A positive, patient, and professional demeanor at all times to coworkers and patients and a dependable, selfmotivated, and proactive team player
  • Regular timely
    attendance on the job


The Hurtt Family Health Clinic is a local community health clinic organization that provides medical, dental, vision, chiropractic, acupuncture, and behavioral health services to low-income patients in Orange County, California.


Pay:
$19.75 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
