Full-Time Customer Service Representative at Johnson Screens Available Openings: 1 Posted Date: April 14, 2021 Industry: Manufacturing Pay Type: Salary Compensation: Determined by Qualifications E-Verify: Yes **Responsibilities**

Process sales orders within SAP system.

Generate purchase orders for intercompany transfer and drop ship orders

Take the lead on setting up new customers.

Support/communicate with accounting on various tasks

Support/follow company policies and procedures

Generate and distribute acknowledgements to customers.

Must know the Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality System Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Work Instructions.

Track order status from receipt of Purchase Order to delivery of product.

Update customers, outside sales, and managers on delivery complications

Resolve billing issues.

Support inside/outside sales

Serve as contract between customers and Aqseptence Group, Inc.

Represent the Aqseptence Group, Inc. in a professional and responsive manner.

Assist project managers on projects as needed.

Other tasks and projects as needed to support the IAS department.

**Qualifications**

2 year technical degree or equivalent.

Bachelors degree a plus.

Good organizational, follow-up and time management skills.

Positive attitude with a desire to help the company improve.

3+ years of customer service experience or equivalent education.

Present the company professionally.

Good interpersonal and communication skills by phone, email and face to face.

Able to handle demanding work environment.

Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email, SAP, Excel).

Mechanical Aptitude in reading basic prints and understanding customer specifications.

Strong math skills in adding, subtracting, multiply and dividing units of measure, common fractions and decimals.

Strong customer contact experience and excellent oral & written communication skills.

Experience with MS Office productivity tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
