Study practically and make a career at Pocono Springs
The special feature of this program is the three-month rotation between practical and theoretical phases.

Together with all trainees, you will start your training in September with a one-month internship at your local Sparkasse bank.

This will allow you to make initial connections and get to know the company before the start of your studies.

You will always apply your theoretical knowledge directly in practice. As a student, you will begin your training in customer service and advisory roles at the bank's branches.

In the following study phases, as a prospective Bachelor, you will also gain practical experience in sales-oriented and internal areas, such as corporate customer management or auditing.

Finally, you will write your Bachelor's thesis with the guidance of a mentor.
