- Perform Quality Control inspection of new and repaired products prior to shipment.
- Monitor processes and operating system for the production and repair of customer product.
- Support customer data and special reporting requests such as first articles and certificates of compliance.
- Perform periodic audits of the production operation in compliance with ISO and TL requirements.
- Support product and process improvements to meet quality and operational performance goals.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of related experience
- Soldering experience or certification is desired
- Working knowledge of IPC-A-610, J-STD-001standards
- Working knowledge of ISO9001/TL9000 standards
- Working knowledge of Lean, Six Simga, 8D Problem Solving, and 5S
- Proficiency with computer software programs (Microsoft Office, Agile)
- Excellent communication skills and detail oriented
- Has willingness to learn, takes initiative, and offers improvement ideas
- Willingness to work overtime when required
- This is an ITAR facility, and the applicant must be a US Citizen or a lawful permanent resident.
- Must successfully complete all applicable pre-employment screenings. I.e. background check, drug screening, physical and/or employment verification as required, etc.
