    Job DescriptionKable Staffing is hiring a Quality Control Inspector for a GREAT customer of ours in Greendale, OH. This company has lots of advancement opportunity. This is a direct hire opportunity. FULL JOB DESCRIPTIONPRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to understand product requirements.
    • Utilize basic measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to perform accurate measurements and inspections.
    • Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products.
    • Document inspection results and maintain detailed records of quality control activities.
    • Communicate any non-conformities or quality issues to the appropriate personnel for resolution.
    • Collaborate with production teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
    • Adhere to quality control procedures and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements..
    REQUIREMENTS
    • Proficiency in blueprint reading.
    • Basic skills in operating measuring equipment.
    • Minimum of one year of experience in a quality department.
    • Experience with Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM).
    • Knowledge and experience in calibration processes.
    • Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC).
    • Understanding of geometric tolerances.
    • Experience working in the aerospace industry.
