Bright Futures of Wisconsin, LLC. is currently seeking a part-time Job Coach to support the Dodge County Area.

The Job Coach will be responsible for community based employment training for adults with an array of abilities.

This part time position requires a focused involvement with the community and local businesses in order to obtain opportunities that meet the interests and skills of the Team Members.

This position has the potential to evolve into full time.

In this position you will assist in the development of meaningful, hands-on employment skills. You will also work as part of a team to support the growth and development of each team member.


Specific Duties:

• Provide employmentfocused training for individuals with disabilities.
• Provide oversight and support to individuals and employers during volunteer work, internships, and/or employment.
• Refer to appropriate support services when needed.
• Develop appropriate goals/objectives for Team Members based on instructional responses as well as evaluate and assess progress.
• Develop orientation materials and deliver job readiness and career exploration workshops for Team Members.
• Maintain progress notes and documentation.
• Develop transportation plans for Team Members within the community.
• Provide on and off site job coaching to individuals (as needed) to facilitate workplace accommodations, training, support and integration at the work

General Responsibilities:

• Serve as an adult role model, behavior manager, and educator.
• Assume responsibility for continued professional growth.
• Assume other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with adults with disabilities in educational and employment related settings strongly desired.
• Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work with diverse staff and Team Members.
• Must have willingness to travel and transport Team Members in a company vehicle within Fond du Lac County.
