Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing store operations and staff
- Manage store inventory, including ordering and restocking
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally
- Train, schedule, and supervise employees
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new staff members
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets
- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in store management or retail is preferred
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Proficiency in budgeting and sales forecasting
- Familiarity with recruiting and training practices
- Knowledge of retail management best practices
- Ability to operate a cash register effectively
- Good phone etiquette for handling customer calls
Pay:
$40, $46,422.04 per year
