Job Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing store operations and staff
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and restocking
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Handle customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally
  • Train, schedule, and supervise employees
  • Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new staff members
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets
  • Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in store management or retail is preferred
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent customer service abilities
  • Proficiency in budgeting and sales forecasting
  • Familiarity with recruiting and training practices
  • Knowledge of retail management best practices
  • Ability to operate a cash register effectively
  • Good phone etiquette for handling customer calls
