Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Engage children in ageappropriate activities to stimulate and develop their cognitive, social, and emotional skills
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children in your care
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare environment
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's daily activities and progress
- Follow daily routines and schedules to meet the needs of each child
- Supervise children during playtime both indoors and outdoors
Skills:
- Experience or knowledge in childhood development, daycare, preschool, or early childhood education
- Ability to provide infant care, toddler care, and babysitting services
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with children and parents
- Knowledge of creating engaging classroom activities for various age groups
- Certification in childcare or related field is a plus
- Patience, creativity, and a nurturing demeanor are essential
