We are seeking attorneys to partner with our law firm in a legal field that you are a master at.

We are located in Singer Island, Florida which is a retirement heaven for many people.


Our ideal partners are:

  • Experienced attorneys or new grad attorneys who like to do legal work but do not like to take care of operation work; or
  • Attorneys who already have an office and want to expand their business to a new location.
We provide office space, furniture, equipment, insurance, supplies, software, and whatever you request.


Responsibilities:


  • Perform research, draft briefs, pleadings, and motions
  • Work closely with and provide leadership to administrative staff concerning client billing, client meetings and invoicing, as well as finalizing client projects
  • Advise clients by weighing available options toward a successful outcome and plan a course of action
  • Draft correspondence, legal pleadings, motions, and briefs
  • Argue motions in court on behalf of clients during legal proceedings
  • Take care of customers' cases from beginning to end

Qualifications:


  • Work independently while handling a heavy caseload
  • Decisionmaking, public speaking, problemsolving, interpersonal skills, and communication skills are a must
  • Minimum 12 years' experience working in a law firm environment
  • Graduation from law school with Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree and experience in representing clients for at least 2 years
  • Strong knowledge of legal research programs such as Westlaw and Lexis products is required
