Description

The L.I.T. Group is a European logistics service provider with over 4,000 employees at 101 locations in 14 countries.

With transport and warehouse logistics, air and sea freight, personnel services, and more, our range of services covers the entire logistics chain.

We are currently seeking support for our central controlling function at our locations in Brake (Unterweser), Bremen, or Oldenburg, in a full-time and permanent position.

In this role, you will be responsible for controlling our individual subsidiaries and will serve as the central point of contact for these companies, management teams, and the L.I.T.

board of directors.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Independent management of complete subsidiaries
Preparation and presentation of reports for sales, management, and the board of directors
Conducting variance and analysis evaluations
Participation in the creation of action plans
Maintenance and development of the existing key figure system
Expansion and further development of controlling systems, reporting, and planning instruments

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

Business administration degree with a focus on controlling, accounting, finance, or a similar field
Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel
Knowledge of BI/POWER BI is desirable
Good written and verbal English skills
Independent work style and willingness to take on responsibility
