Your tasks

  • Comprehensive processing of customer/user requests (incidents, service requests) from acceptance to complete problem resolution for a large German corporation.
  • Proactive communication with users about all relevant service events, actions, and changes.
  • Handling/use of IT systems and peripheral devices.
  • Monitoring and improving service quality and adapting service documentation to ensure accuracy and continuous updating of technical knowledge within the knowledge management system.
  • De-escalation of conflict situations.
